Foods in Europe worth Mentioning, Mostly Soups

Restaurant in Krakow--Marmalada--wonderful. Dan had the best herring he's ever had, and I had the best pierogis ever.
Sauerbraten in Rothenburg O.T.B. --wonderful! My dad would have loved it! (Pat)
Restaurant in Salzburg--Alter Fuchs--we went there twice as it was so good and we loved the ambience. Pat had roast chicken one night, and filet the next. Both excellent.
Goulash-every country had their own version, but in Bialystock at a Hungarian Restaurant, they served it inside a thick flavorful pancake.
